BUT HOW TO TAKE IT? WHAT DO I TAKE IT WITH? FOOD? OR WITHOUT FOOD? I CANNOT FIND THIS ANSWER FOR THE LIFE OF MEEEEE. WHICH HELPS IT ABSORB BETTTER? FOOD OR NO FOOD?
What you're saying is not correct for people who have high Cortisol levels (for maybe job-related resons) during the whole day. When you have a really stressful job with Cortisol levels being very high during the whole day, you won't be able to keep enough ATP in the evening for a powerful training. Lowering Cortisol-Levels during the day (before the workout) preserves your ATP-Levels for the evening workout. I have tested this so many times and Phosphatidylserine is incredibly effective in such scenarios.
i think what you are saying is not true. the lowering effect on cortisol in an association. that can also mean that there is not that much cortisol neccessary for energy production. studies about phosphorus showed that the respiratory quotient is going down. that means that ATP production from fat is increased. that also means that less glucose is needed. that also means that less gluconeogenesis is needed. that means that less cortisol and amino acids are needed for gluconeogenesis. and this is a really fucking good thing that does not get you too deep into the dark catabolic side of cortisol and therefore it is stealing less pregnenalone for testosterone production.
The benefit of it is for people with already high cortisol/test ratio and exercise induced stress raises cortisol even further which can cause fatigue. It blunts the stress response but having said that can blunt Dhea at the same time too as it lowers acth secretion.

Will argue MOST average people have too much cortisol running through their system.
