https://livecortex.com – Cortex, a nootropic stack for productive people. In this podcast, we talk about the nootropic effects and mechanisms of Ginkgo Biloba.
Glad you are adding your podcast to the YouTube channel. I hadn't listened to them yet. Also, nice to spotlight ginkgo biloba. I think people might overlook some of these herbs and supplements that were already popularized before this latest trend toward nootropics.
Somewhere in the middle of the podcast it got me thinking. It might be useful for you to divide your product into a precursor stack and an active nootropic stack. For some, the precursors may not be needed and for those that don't notice benefits from the nootropics it could be just what they need. Also, it could give you some more space in the capsuls. Just a thought. Keep up the good work.
Hey man, loving your channel! Just wanted to ask were you taking a Ginkgo extract or straight dried leaf and what amount? Also what would you recommend for a natural nootropic/stimulant to replace coffee? I'm trying to get off coffee as it's super dehydrating. Cheers 🙂
