And awesome vid, Brandon. I'm always happy to see someone spend the time and effort to bring across great, yet unfortunately unconventional information like this. I've been living according to BP for over 2 years now and it's just been so great, but not everyone's open to hear it and I personally really truly hate the arguments you sometimes (or shall I say 'mostly') get into when sharing Dave's suggestions, especially with all this bs research out there that people back their outdated or simply incorrect opinions on. Each to their own, but most people just despise the idea that someone's opposing what they think of healthy living.
