The enhanced ability to focus and move information from my brain to written word was my first reason for trying nootropics as well as desiring the motivation to put my ass in the chair and get work done. Your stack is by far the best at giving me this ability. Right now, I'm experimenting with Noopept and Choline with a fish oil supplement and it's good but I liked your stack better… focus, confidence, and things just flowed. The difference between me on nootropics and no is an output of 500 to 1000 words struggling and 5K to 8K a day when my fingers just fly.

Hey Ryan, I have learned a lot of your videos but would like to hear your thoughts on alcohol and racetams. I've found that when I take a stack of piracetam and choline during the day then drink with friends at night my hangover is sometimes very debilitating even though I'm drinking roughly the same amount. Have you experienced increased hangovers yourself, if so please share and if you have any supplements that would lower this effect it would be helpful. Seeing as how the racetams work on similar systems as alcohol (GABA in particular) perhaps just drinking less, but that's obvious.

Love to hear your thoughts, perhaps even a video. Keep up the great work.
