Awesome as always, just took a few b vitamin supplements and I can literally feel my level of energy spiking, especially since I haven't taken one in a few months. B vitamins are under rated in my mind but just 10 minutes after taking three of the b complex supplements I just have for good measure around the house I feel like I just have to get something done with this extra energy. Good stuff, great info.

I find I feel my B complex working most effectively if I take it with 5 mg of lithium orotate – that is elemental lithium low dose not the toxic psychiatric kind. It appears to be a co factor and it makes a huge difference for me.

Any benefit stacking a B-Complex with Inositol and Sulbutiamine as they are types of B vitamins modified? I'm interested in them and building a stack through experimentation.

Eat large amounts of nutrient-dense animal foods every day and you'll have all the nutrients your body needs. Also, avoid caffeine because it will cause you to lose B vitamins. You could supplement, but it's better to avoid the things causing the harm in the first place. If you're in a healthy state, you should have optimal energy and motivation without caffeine.

I heavily recommend looking for a B Complex stack that has folate in the form of of 5-MTHF. The prime reason is because folic acid is actually toxic for you. Also, if a company cares enough to use that form of folate, the rest of their stack WILL be good, too. I'm sure there's many companies doing that but the only one I'm aware of is Thorne.
