So what you're saying is I can take a prostitlistering capsule add it to water and nasal spray it and it will get into the blood-brain barrier quickly? Can I do that or did you have to formulate it so it's adequate for nasal application?

Very interesting. I recently discovered I have 20 % Ashkenazi dna(23and me). I have suffered from brain fog, muscle cramps, sore muscle, inability to relax my body from very young age. I could wake-up from muscle cramps 5 time a night. Tried phosphatidylserine to help my brain fog and miraculously it completely eliminated my muscle cramps from the first try. I previously unsuccessfuly tried supplementing potassium/ calcium/ magnesium, hydration, electrolytes, fasting, vegetarian, carnivore …. to name a few lol.

After all these years I’m not sure that anybody will read this, but perhaps Professor Gill could tell me if Phosphatidylserine may help with my idiopathic small fiber neuropathy.
