I’m new to nootropics. My main issue is with brain fog & fatigue (sometimes chronic for both). I work full time, go to Law School full time, and I’m in the Reserves. My question is how do I dose Adrafinil out? I just recently bought Adrfinil 15mg & Oxiracetam 30mg, both in powder. Adrafinil came with the tinniest white spoon that I’ve ever seen. The Oxiracetam came with a 1 cc spoon. Both purchased through Pure Nootropics. I understand the need for a scale (which I just ordered). But, how many scopes equal how many milligrams? I can’t seem to find the answer ANYWHERE. I’m planning on taking 300mg of Adrafinil. So how many “leveled” scopes with the 1/2cc spoon (aforementioned tinny white spoon) do I need to measure out to get the 300mg? There’s a lot of talk about getting a scale, however, none about how much of x equals how many milligrams of y. Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
