pSIVA – an advanced probe to detect apoptosis
This Annexin based, polarity sensitive probe measures phosphatidylserine (PS) externalization in flow cytometry and microscopy. pSIVA only fluoresces when bound to PS in the lipid membrane and detects transient as well as irreversible PS exposure, enabling real-time monitoring of cell death/cell survival processes.

Very interesting. Is there any chance that there would be similar probes for different classes of phosphatidyls?

It doesn't work! We tried 9 times. Finally we did the flow apoptosis assay with another kit, and it did work.
