Nootropics are total bullshit. Just a trendy thing for collage hipsters to make them think they're getting smarter. They have absolutely zero scientific backing. Just drink a fucking cup of coffee. However, I'm all for trying new herbs since they're directly from nature. I will probably give this a try if I can find some at a reasonable price.

Can you make a follow up video since it has been more than 1 month since you started using Bacopa? My dad got some free samples pills of dry extract from the same herb. Do you think it would give me the same effect? Thanks for this video.

This is January the 1st 2018 , I came across the advertisement for the memory pill, I checked the ingredients and wrote them down, that's how I came across Bacopa , how well does this work for the memory and energy? I'm 61 years old and I have lost all energy and the want too so to speak. I have had blood work done and had my thyroid also checked and the doctor said everything looked good, but I need to get on something to help my memory, energy and metabolism. If you could let me know how you have been doing on this, I would love to get your input on this matter. Thank you so much for the video.

Brahmi is not the two herbs combined but eiethr of dese herbs cud be used as brahmi as dey have similar effects. Same is true for shankhpushpi which is another indian herb fr brain but four different plants cud be used as shankhpushpi.
One of Gotukola n bacopa grows in south India n one in North India n dese herbs are popular from ancient times wen transport was not so developed so both the plants got accepted as brahmi depending on wats availble were. Im not saying both are exactly same but dey are similar enough considering the practical constraints
