I'm in a creative field. I can tell you something that helps me. I will start the day getting the project organized and do the bulk of the work throughout a normal work day but then go back to it late at night like even in the AM if I can and I get a whole new perspective. I truly feel like I am at my most creative very late at night. I am not very capable of banging out work but that's where I can see a more holistic view of things. Make some connections and critique the work. Often times I really feel driven to start making major changes but it's best to just take note and wait until the next day. Not really a Nootropics thing but it is reliable for me.

    Protocol mentioned:
    700mg Aniracetam
    300mg Choline Bitartrate

    or

    150mg Uridine Monophosphate
    80mg CDP Choline
    300mg ALCAR

    Wait 20-30mins, for onset.
Meditate 15-45mins (30+ recommended for full efffect)

Useful aspects of meditation (maybe let me know if I'm interpreting correctly)
    1 Practicing attention
2 Clearing out the constant input and halting conscious, linear processing so other (creative) types of processing can take place.
