Strange. you would think that those with a poor diet would benefit more. Many of the things found in this product are found in a healthy diet and so would it really benefit someone who eats perfectly more then someone who is severally lacking brain related nutrients?

Do not take this for any length of time. It is essentially an over the counter anti depressant. I took it for a couple of months and started having massive headaches. After that I stopped and it Sent me into a deep depression and raised my anxiety to crippling levels. Plus there are bad withdrawals.
