1st day i took 100mg modalert it work great but Next day i took 200 mg after that it increases my heartrate high and short my breath now im okk !! Modafinil can harm my heart ,liver or kidney ?? Does i should goto the doctor ??

Hey man. So I'm on your site trying to figure out what to get but I'm incredibly overwhelmed. I'm recovering from Lyme disease so my brain is completely fried. I used to be smart…not so much now.
I've been taking bacopa and ashwaganda for a few months with minor results I suppose. I tried watching a bunch of your videos but my ADHD from the Lyme is so severe that I can't absorb the information. If I were to purchase just 1 or 2 supplements, which would you recommend to start to get the best results?

It's said that Noopept has a half-life between 3-5 hours. Can you take it twice in a day at 20mg per dose?

I followed this recommendation and I found at least for me noopept does not do anything to me in the suggested dose but sort of a feel of a choline overload. Racetams have never worked for me. The PRL 83 indeed gave me a great capacity to comprehend what I was reading. It made me slower but I was comprehending a book explaining me physics which I thought it was cool. Problem is prl I could only find it in powder and I order such a small dosage. Kind of pricey actually but wish it would be made in pill form as the taste of prl omg. Is the most bitter nasty thing ever. I mean I had to continue to drink water and wash my mouth from the taste. And it only lasted for an hour. At the 10mg dosage recommended. I should probably just stick to prl but need to find someone who puts it on a pill at a good enough dosage to induce its effect. I need to learn stuff like yesterday and I need this stuff to be available. I always had issues with reading same as you described depending on level of text etc. I just don’t know why they don’t make stuff like this more available. What’s the secrecy?
