Saving this for later. Definitely agree with the cardio part. Hot bath with Epsom salts (and then maybe finishing off with a cool shower) is something I'll have to add to the arsenal.
I'm also going to eventually experiment with taking some N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine right before and after drinking.

Can you make on your take on Kratom. I find it to definitely cognitive enhancment and motivation.
