Appetite suppressant properties becasue its a broad spec serotonin/dopamine reuptake inhibitor. Doesn't kill it. Just promotes satiety sooner rather than later. Can be used effectively as a fat burner as it will boost metabolic rate (converted in liver to more potent fat burner too so fat burning effects come later than the high – can be used effectively pre-workout as any blood sugar/hunger after will be inhibited). It's basically like any of the non-euphoric amphetamines noting the above effects.

Fat Soluble vitamins are usually best taken w/food – Fat in fact. Now amino acids or AA stacks S/B taken on an empty stomach, but not any form of B vitamins and especially a fat-soluble one.

Sulbutiamine is fat soluble. That means it dissolves in fat not water. You say you take it on a empty stomach. How can it work if you take it on a empty stomach?
