You ever going to get into the neurogenic peptide nootropics (Semax, Selank, Cerebrolysin, Cortexin, Cerebramin, P21, etc.)? They seem to have the most promise of any nootropic family to permanently boost measurable dimensions of intelligence such as IQ. All of course with decades of clinical studies to back up these remarkable anecdotes (besides the exotic and untested P21 and some of the more potent recent analogues of Semax & Selank of course).

However speaking of anecdotes, at least when it comes to Cerebrolysin & P21, there are some troubling anecdotes that can be found regarding their potential to cause seemingly permanent brain fog. In most of these cases there were some warning signs beforehand, but in one case it was downhill immediately within a single dose of P21.

There is some speculation that it may be an autoimmune issue, some have said that things with anti-autoimmune properties like Tumeric & LSD may prevent things like this, others say these rare side effects may be from the ROA, but at the end of the day it all seems to be speculation.

I should note that as scary as these potential side effects are, like I said, hey are rare. Personally I think the reward is worth the risk and am planning on trying some P21 in the near future.
