L theanine worked only first time so did the alpha GPC I did try meth amphetamine for more than 20 years ago and it did work very good so did Adderal, cocaine did not work nada nothing heroine was shit ? just made me sleepy ? LSD did gave me big parinoia cannabis was the NO 1 joy drug for everything but you become stupid, mashroms are ?? and I basically tried everything I said here more than couple of Kilo heroin and coce did only maybe 50 grams each did not like it LSD one ☝️ time mashroms 50 grams,

They're very well worth it. My focus and memory greatly improved when I took the suggested amount. Just make sure to do some due diligence on the ingredients of the particular nootropics that you're taking and go from there.

Ritalin (methylphenidate) and Adderall (amphetamine-dextroamphetamine) can lead to buildups of serotonin in the frontal medial cortex over a lot of time, leading to things like tremors and Parkison's. Cut down your dose and only take them if you're going in for an important test.
If you've been taking extreme doses: Ask your doctor, but there are drugs out there to reduce your serotonin levels as well, like small amounts of Periactin.
Switch to something less intense that'll benefit you in the long run, like Lion's Mane to aid neurogenesis in the hippocampus paired with cardio to cause neurogenesis in the hippocampus. You're welcome :O
