How to create the best nootropic stack

My recommendation is to create your own nootropic stack when starting out. Tailor your stack to the most important issue you are trying to solve. It’ll likely be more expensive because you need to buy each individual supplement.
But the advantages outweigh the cost because once you put together a nootropic stack that works for you, it’s only then you can start searching for a pre-formulated stack that contains the same or similar supplement ingredients.

My teenager with social anxiety and general anxiety/depression just started 200mg L-suntheanine during breakfast but if I add 5HTP to help elevate mood -would this be a good combination (along with cbt therapy)-how much 5HTP is suggested if taking 200mg L-suntheanine? Isn't NADH unstable and difficult to preserve? Is NMN, a precursor to NAD+ along with Apigenin to suppress the gene expression CD38 that reduces NAD+ that feeds the mitochondria an better option than NADH?
