1200mg?! Bruh mines 10,000mg and each dropper is 333mg. I take half a dropper at a time since mines a strong one. I’d say start with recommended dose for bw then move up but smaller ones like 1200mg is very expensive esp if it’s for pain or sleep issues anxiety etc where like general dose for those is 200-600mg
