    I am one of those unlucky people who had an adverse reaction from Tyrosine. It made me feel fatigue and gave me brain fog. I read somewhere that I might be overmethylated. Have you heard anything about this? I have better experience with rhodiola and DMAE. I really want to try lions mane, but the 8:1 ratio one is really expensive. Great video btw.

    L theanine worked wonderful for me i started with 200mg then after a week it stopped working so i boost it up to 400mg and that dose also stopped working now ive been taking 800mg and i feel stimulated in a good way and focused but when i get home from work i take a nap and wake up anxious ?

    L theanine fucked me up big time. More research recommended.. takes away my personality personally, I heard apathy is the case for others too. Too blissful, I forget I’m on earth lol. Ashwagandha saved my life

    From my experience : Aniracetam is THE Anti Anxiety nootropics. Even much better than Phenibut. This is my experience, everyone is different, but i think it worth trying. I tried Ani in the past before social situations but didnt feel much of it so i stopped taking it. A couple of months ago, i heard someone saying that you ll have to take Ani for 2 to 4 weeks before you notice a difference, and that most people stop taking it too early and this is why they think it doest work. Since i already had a bottle almost full of Ani, i said to my self what a heck it doesnt hurt to try, and oh boy ! It was life changing ! To be honest i dont know how long it took to kick in but i realized it s working after reflecting on a day at the gym where i interacted with many strangers without even thinking ( i m usually reserved and dont talk with anyone at the gym unless there s a reason for it). After the gym, i was thinking how odd it s that i had these interactions and how it was a good unexpected experience… and during the next days i had many similar experiences with strangers everywhere and also with colleagues …. and then after a couple of days it hits me… That should be the Aniracetam effect. And since then all my life changed ! I m so relaxed and confident in any situation and what s the most striking is that comebacks and sentences come out of my mouth without i think about them.
