You need to see a natural path dr. and get the Dutch test called "CAR" to test your adrenal glands, you probably have high cortisol especially at night. That is usually the root cause of insomnia and anxiety.

I'm on Trazedone 10mg for my sleep and it worked okay at first but now after a few years it does pretty much nothing. Z-quil, melatonin, benadryl, chamomile tea, ambien & the Trazedone. I've tried it all. I do NOT sleep. My friends keep saying "just smoke weed" but I really don't want it. None of them can function without weed and I don't want to develop a dependency so I want to try CBD oil before I resort to "drastic" measures.

You anxiety sound similar to me I thought I'm better some day I fall asleep fast get up ok but nope it away have my way back my anxiety is not able to fall asleep at night and stuff childhood memory hit my brain it's nightmare with eyes open ? I tired every possible thing in the market reading google like crazy nothing seem to help even docter only give me the pill that work but addicted and gain weight like crazy . I even using brain stimulation 1 time I put it away because it only make my eyes open but less nervous. The only thing I never try is cbd stuff . I'm going try this stuff at my last hope.

There will never be any large or peer reviewed study for this non pharmaceutical. Big pharma is in control of the FDA and they can't patent any natural molecule. So the multi-million dollar long term control group studies are never funded nor any positive results be published since it would be a major competitor to pharma, and alopathic medicine.

You probably have nutrients deficiencies like iron or b12. I had that as well and that's what was creating my insomnia. Doctors doesn't know that, do your own researches! Hope this help ?

Girl I took some cbd oil and a gummy last night before bed and I was KNOCKED OUT. I know for a fact it wasn’t a placebo because I have taken anxiety and mood stabilizer medications before that was prescribed by a doctor when I woke up I felt similar to how I felt when I was those placebos. I felt drowsy and sleepy, almost like I had taken NyQuil. I think I took a little bit too much but I’ll test it out again tonight with a lower dose.

Hi Fatima, thanks for this video it was very helpful and made me hopeful. I have had phases of insomnia my whole life starting in high school. For the last 3-6 months I've had a few nights where I didn't even bother trying to go to sleep; I just stayed up the whole night through the sun coming up etc. and then maybe napped the next day. I started opening up the blackout shades in my bedroom to let light in during day naps and looking at the bright day outside in the morning to try to set my internal clock. I also stopped fasting till dinner time because for me that was like telling my body dinner time was breakfast so now I have at least a little something in the morning as soon as I get up. I've always been a night owl but I have some things I'm worried about so I think that is making it worse. This was my first time ordering CBD oil. I got 3,000mg/1 oz. I figured if it's really strong I can always use less; even one drop if it came to that. For tonight I decided to use 1/4 of the dropper which is about 25mg. I have Type 2 Diabetes, bad lower back pain every morning, osteoarthritis throughout my body, reg. type anxiety and insomnia so I hope it helps. 🙂
