The reason you would want to take ashwagandha in the mornings, would be to help lower cortisol levels, studies & references show it helps.You never know it may be the missing link to shedding off that last quarter inch of fat covering the six pack??

What are your thoughts on Bacopa lethargy? Most people on reddit were slamming it. I've been very stimulated with Uridine, Alpha GPC and the big one, Armoda. So I haven't felt much of a down tbh. Sleep has been much deeper. Not sure about reduction in anxiety. Too early for any experience with memory.
Notice that energy crash with bacopa and if so, how bad? You mentioned it hinders physical energy for workout. What about cognitive function?

I would Switch from a bacopa powder to synapsa! The sideeffects are waaaay less and you know exacly the amount of bacosides in your capsules.

Because of it's monoamine oxidase inhibition properties, rhodiola makes an excellent antidepressant to be taken in the morning imo.
May not be as useful to a non-depressed person I guess 😉

i do bacopa in the morning with my other sups and after dinner 5-7 pm ,works well for me . it could be the combo of spirulina and horny goat weed that doesnt give me the same effects in the morning as you mention. selenium , zinc , two different mags , co Q10 , fish oil , l lysine , l citrulline and genf20 plus .

Bacopa and aswagandha in our India are ancient herbs….which has other properties as well …such as good anti insomniac properties….so we take during night ….to decrease stress and good quality sleep….but not rhodiola…as rhodiola is like ginseng for energy

Yes I agree that Bacopa is not a good morning supplement. I can tell that Bacopa does some good things, but the relaxation that Bacopa gives causes me to drift off to sleep. Not a good AM supplement imo.

So I would say that, for instance, if you take Bacopa to help you concentrate while studying, then do not study in bed because you may drift into a long nap.

just my thought / rhodiola should be taken in the morning. boost brain when sun goes up, take a rest when sun goes down. thats more natural, dont need to fight fatigue 24Hour
