I grew my own. 15 plants, produced about 10 lbs. It's much cheaper than buying it. Then get everclear or grain alcohol, follow the green dragon tincture, freezer method. Saves a bunch of money, in your in a legal grow state, that it.

Exact same for me. I was diagnosed severe ptsd. It started spiraling out of control. My anxiety attacks lasted literally all day, every day, from the moment I woke up. Dr tried putting me on benzos. That dropped my O2 to 84 so that turned into a huge no. Psychiatrist recommended trying edibles/Marijuana. I tried multiple times, different strains, different dispensaries and it just absolutely did not help. It was relaxing my body but not my brain so that made the anxiety way worse. I decided to give CBD a shot. It has been an amazing middle ground! I take about 20mg a day but don't need to use it every day either, like you. It's really kicked the anxietys ass so that I can at least get a break. There's still work to do with my trauma but CBD allows me to live and breathe. Every now and again I'll still get a panic attack but the huge difference is now the attacks last 5 mins max and I'm able to get control.

I’m wondering if CBD could’ve helped me with a breakup- hearthbreak type of thing? Cause I was so heartbroken crying everyday over this man for the past 5months constantly….I felt like I lost myself ,my soul…I was feeling jealousy..heartbreak..etc…but I started to use cbd drops … and one week later , I feel like I don’t care anymore . I’m laughing with friends .. enjoying myself . I’m calmer…more in peace . I stopped stalking his social media..I don’t know maybe it’s just a coincidence..hmmm . But maybe not .

I was on Zoloft over 20 yrs ,,However was put on something else as it was becoming inefficient but went back on cos the new one was worse.But ever since I went back on I have been not sleeping…been trying stuff then I came across RELEAF CBD MOOD & SLEEP capsules ,,Did not make a diff for the past 2 nites ..I even lowered my dosage of Zoloft and didn't take any Zoloft yesterday but still no sleep . How ever ,,,,Happy that my mind is no more clouded , Certainly in better mood ..just the sleep..I'm hoping I won't need to go back on Zoloft if CBD works for me …MY main issue tho' is sleep ..I wil continue til my pack of tabs are finished and see how it goes..It does say on pack about not good interactions with SSRs that's why I omitted Zoloft yesterday morning but same results with sleep ,,just no sleep .

I get depressed due to my schizophrenia and anxious in average situations. Cbd I find helps a lot with dealing with day to day life. Some people say it's a risk taking cbd because of the schizophrenia. But thc is the psychoactive part of cannabis and that is removed from cbd. Anyway, I get a lot of benefit from it
