Thanks for sharing the video! Just wanted to point out an error… At 2:37, you say that doses of MB in excess of 7mg can cause toxicities. However, the study you are referencing states that doses in excess of 7mg/kg cause toxicities. In a 70 kg person, that would be 490 mg of MB.

That was fascinating. I've been curious about Methylene Blue for some time. I'm wondering if the primary benefit of MB is improved mitochondrial respiration that would be experienced over a period of chronic use rather than from an acute dose. The cost of this product doesn't make it a good candidate for regular use. Are you interested in trying MB on its own – ideally in a form that doesn't stain your braces? Any viewers out there have any experience with MB to share?

Curious what the effects are of this without the MB? Caffeine/Nicotine/CBD come up in every longevity/better self book I have read. Already use caffeine. As a reformed two pack a day smoker when I was young I am nervous using Nicotine at all in any dose. Great video!

Great review, and glad to see Jasper joining again. Within the nootropic communities I've definitely seen Caffine/Nicotine/CBD come up before with the first two coming up most often. While your review sort of pushes me to think MB is not a great nootropic it's good to learn about new entrants to the community. Glad ya'll spent the time trying to get it at launch so I don't have to 🙂

I have never tried this product but it seems like a total ripoff. methylene blue is the number one compound for increasing mitochondrial function. if you want to maintain your cognitive function, you should take methylene blue. the best way to take it, is by applying it to your skin. check out oxidal. cbd is generally a PUFA, which is a toxin, and should be avoided at all costs. caffeine is of course incredibly good for you, provided you take it with food.

CBD interferes with metabolism of lots of RXs, perhaps it's best to not recommend, sometthing with too many stimulants +CBD, which will have contraindications with many Rxs

It says 7mg per kg. So If you weigh 100 pounds that's 45.45kg. 7mg (x) 45kg= 315mg.

Tried methylene blue (pharmaceutical grade) for the first time yesterday. I'm peeing blue now. It's hilarious. Hope they don't make me take a urinalysis at work. Done quite a bit of research (googling) about it. Going to try it for a week or so. Pharmaceutical grade costs more but, definitely don't do it with industrial grade.

They must have reformulated their product because the CBD in their product is CBD isolate…much different than hemp oil. BTW, you get hemp oil from extracting from the plant too, not just from hemp seeds.
