According to one study, Ashwagandha helps to fight stress if two servings are taken per day. It takes 10-14 days to start working. Ashwagandha is often taken along with black pepper extract. I prefer KSM-66. Dosage could be 300mg two times per day(Early afternoon and late afternoon). Side-effects include laziness and fatigue.

NOOTROPIC BACOPA MONNIEIRI
This nootropic helps fight stress and improves memory. Major benefits are helpful for short term & long term memory as well as helpful for word recall & learning retention. Dosage can be 300mg two times per day. (early afternoon and late afternoon). Side-effects are fatigue, laziness & decreased libido.

NOOTROPIC LIONS MANE Benefits of lions mane are helpful for fighting stress & anxiety, makes one more curious and boost BNDF(Brain Derived Nootropic Factor)
Dosage can be 300mg three times per day(in the morning, early afternoon & late afternoon).
Here I prefer 8:1 Mushroom Extract.

NOOTROPIC RHODIOLA ROSEA
This nootropic fights stress and works as an nap in a pill. It helps in focus, acts like a reset & helpful for fighting fatigue. Dosage could be 250mg twice per day(early afternoon & late afternoon). 3% salidroside is my personal preference. People notice it’s effects after probably 2 weeks of it’s use. Side-effects are fatigue and lethargy.

NOOTROPIC ANIRACETAM
Benefits of Aniracetam are that it’s useful for memory, focus & concentration. It is also helpful for increasing energy levels & getting rid of social anxiety. Aniracetam should be taken with choline sources (supplements like CHOLINE BITARTRATE, CDP CHOLINE & ALPHA GPC) to get maximum effects, and could be dosed 2 times or 3 times per day. It typically takes 3 weeks to start noticing it’s effects. Side-effects are brain fog & headaches.
