I bought a brand named magnum main brain. Organic lions main 500 mg, n-acetyl Ltyrosine 300 mg Alpha-GPC 300 mg bacopa monnieri 300 mg L-theanine 300 mg huperzine serrata 300 mg. I also bought himalaya ashwagandha. This is the only lions mane I could find in Toronto is this okay. I enjoy your video’s

question: would ashwaganda have a crash effect, similar to a caffeine crash, when you come off it? cause I sometimes take the Adapt-All stack(ksm-66, lemon balm, bacopa, panax, rhodiola, cordyceps, schisandra, biloba) from brain forza and I notice that when I cycle it for more than a few days, when I come off it I am very antisocial and very tired, and obviously this is due to a cortisol crash
