I recommend trying around 300mg of ubiquinol which is a much stronger form of coq10, and then you should rate it again. I take 400mg of it everyday and i've been good.

Big Question: How can you possibly experiment with all these things? There are so many variables it wound be impossible to tell what is causing what. Or it would take forever to test one at a time. This has been a concern of mine since I start taking nootropics a few years ago. BTW I have been using many of the supplements that you mention above, except the racetams and synthetics.

New subscriber! Excellent reviews of the list you put together…appreciate your raw research! You're opinions were spot on with the one's I've tried. Except, Yohimbine Bark! (all natural NOT the HCL version) I've been taking it for years. For me, it blows a pre-workout supplement away and induces a mental drive like no other supplement ever! You are right, however, it's extremely strong and perhaps dangerous if you are not use to it. Take a small does to start and enjoy the unrelenting energy and euphoria. Note: Personally, I can only take it 2-3 times per week max. Otherwise, it over-fatigues my adrenal glands and begins to have an adverse effect! It's worth judging for yourself.
