I FOUND THE UPDATE for Smokeable Hemp in Texas! Not bad news, not good news either. More waiting.

I thought Judge Livingston was making a decision yesterday but it turns out she was listening to witnesses as well as asking a few questions herself to gather more information for a verdict.

The law is going to remain on hold until 9/17/2020 and the judge will have a decision by then.

I’ll pop on as soon as I hear anything new which is hopefully good news!
