Best Nootropics for ADHD & ADD – Get Focused!

Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) can be hyperactive or not. In instances where it is, the condition goes by the name of ADHD or Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder. Both scenarios share common traits that are typically associated with a lack of focus and concentration, impulsive behavior, difficulty multitasking, or having little control over emotions or actions. But are there any effective nootropics that can help with ADD and ADHD?

Sulbutiamine as well as cordyceps are good for increasing dopamine. Sulbutiamine is a B1 vitamin that crosses the blood brain barrier better which makes it very powerful. Cordyceps gives you brain more l-dopa. However you can build a tolerance to both so it’s best to use them when you’ve slept poorly

Uridine choline and fish oil are good because when taken together they up-regulate dopamine receptors. It is especially important if you have addiction to drugs or masturbation (which is likely if you have adhd) these will help your dopamine receptors recover from those

Nice video. If I may though, I think it would be nice to have a bit more of a technical perspective for each compound you mention to help people make better informed decisions, sometimes it feels a bit over-sensationalized instead of informative. It's important since as you know, what works for one person might not work for another.

Please be careful with the Ticket to Work Program, vendor, Allsup. Returning to Work | Ticket to Work | Social Security | Invisible No More Show!
My neighbor ( a doctoral degree candidate who became disabled) have been waiting months for a job. All they do is send cut and paste from Indeed. Or, send below wage, insulting job offers.

If you accept one of the $9.00 or slightly higher an hour positions, upon maxing out your benefits- you might need to fight like hell to get benefits restarted if you become ill again. Its good while you can -work and still collect. I see people struggling with disabilities daily -working bagging groceries wishing they never enrolled in TTW. The pay is just not meeting their needs.

If you choose work, you can probably find it on your own. Why allow a company to earn a bonus of $9000.00 to forward paystubs to social security? Especially if you find the job on your own? In addition, being told or threatened (subtlety) that you will be reported for medical review If you do rtw, i highly suggest accepting employment that pays enough and can meet your needs and concerns when SSDI/SSI stop paying. And please try to stay well. Note, most companies hiring people with disabilities get a bonus anyway.

Do you know if it’s ok to take a mix of supplements for example I’m taking bacopa monnieri for enhanced brain function but I have been considering taking rhodiola rosea for stress and anxiety? Love your videos ☺️

ADD is not somthing you suffer from its a gift and when not used right in can be a curse its just so many who have ADD have be taught wrong on how to use it by thos who dont have it basically its like teach a fish to fly and that's not how the fish is supposed to work when you use the ability in the right way you excel and do circles around others multitasking becomes as easy as breathing for you sadly so many are not taught how to use it and not to harness this power and to look at it as problem by someone that dosen't have it and dosen't understand what its like and make the one who has ADD feel like there somthing wrong with them like the fish who being taught to fly and struggles to do so feels there must be somthing wrong with it but the world is starting to release this and how they approach it has been completely wrong all this time.

I was taking mucana puriens for over a year, I used it to get off vyvannse and it was very helpful. I was still struggling with severe adhd symptoms and a devastating panic disorder that popped up as a charming side effect post stimulants.

By complete coincidence, my office had someone donate a bunch of these healthier sports drinks called body armours. I was drinking them and I noticed that the roaring in my head would feel at the end of the day was gone. Looked at the ingredients and realized that there were a bunch of b vitamins in there so I thought hmmm I’ll buy a supplement.

I purchased the spring valley 100 microgram B supplement. And let me tell you, that literally changed my life. It was like the cloud of doom that resided over my brain was gone and the sun was shining for the first time in years.

I later found out that B6 is a cofactor for the synthesis of l-dopa into dopamine. I had more than likely been suffering from a deficiency my whole life and never knew it. Once there was enough b-6 for my body to synthesize the mucana puriens into dopamine , my adhd and anxiety symptoms came down from a 10 to like a 2 literally overnight.

Anyone reading this that has ADHD please, try the combination of high dose b vitamins and mucana puriens. Literally emotional thinking about how thankful I am that I found this combination.

Now I’m just wondering if products like Alpha Brain would work for ADHD? Cause I don’t like using pharmaceutical products. And for years I haven’t done anything to handle it. Now I’m acting on trying to utilize it in a form of way.

So I have a question not related to this but creatine…. What neurotransmitters does it effect at High dosages? Seems at high dosages kicks my libido up and increases things down strairs… when combined with gaba it’s on another level…. What would be the mechanism behind creatine and Nerotransmitters and then also combined with gaba?
