Idk what the difference is.. but I’m pretty sure some of it is just thc lol. I’ve been getting a normal high. Also, the paranoia is the same.

My Experience (no BS):
Was a long time smoker of 'real' weed but quit 2 years ago and just last week decided to try Delta 8 gummies, 25mg each. I took 2 together so a 50mg dose in total, around 8pm. Felt nothing until 1am, just when i was about to go to bed after watching a movie..all of a sudden i had an intense high out of nowhere. I couldn't feel my mouth, my teeth or tongue and had to keep checking the mirror to make sure they were still there (think Neo in the 1st Matrix when he is being interrogated and his mouth disappears, thats what it felt like!). I had to start kissing my hand as that bought the feeling back to my mouth and stopped me freaking out. This lasted about 15 minutes then i felt pretty mellow..i decided to stay up longer for the mellow feeling but that too disappeared about 30 mins later then i went to bed feeling normal.
Woke up the next morning feeling groggy and a bit stoned as if i just had a bong hit…but that soon disappeared within an hour. The weird thing is i couldn't really remember what happened in the movie i watched the night before. I didn't feel high at the time, but thinking back i must have been more affected than i thought but it definately wasn't an intense feeling apart from that small 15 minute period
Anyway, that was my 1st experience. I've taken 1 gummy a night since and havn't felt much apart from feeling a bit sleepy 2 hours later but it's hard to know if that is down to taking Delta 8 or just the rigours of life. I might experiment with higher doses going forward as i dont think 25mg does much for me and 50mg only got me feeling high for a brief period

Im a 59 year old man who has suffered from bipolar and depression much of the last 40 years. I happened on delta 8 gummies at a local flea market with wife. I smoked marijuana since late 70s often until early 90s. I then was off and on and found vaping around 2012. I developed a very serious life threatening case of double bi lateral pneumonia in 2015 and asthma in 2019. Ive not smoked or vaped anything since 2015. I purchased 6 20 mg gummie worms and took a whole one. It is incredible! I havent been so high since the late 70s. I have been doing 20-30mgs daily and love the relaxing carefree life. Days seem to march by faster now though. They say time flies when your having fun. Yes, the old guy is young again. Even music sounds better.

My mom took 1 – 25 milligram chewy of delta 8 and felt like she had drank a 5th of tequila.. she said she laid in beds with the spins and held the cat for comfort ?. She said he road the ride with her.. so funny… she used 1/4 of the gummy now.

I found that normal pot made me extremely paranoid, uncomfortable, and sometimes just straight up unfocused. I take Delta 8s, it helped so much with my anxiety, depression, and my focus and creativity. I feel its more of a body high then a head high which is great for me. I take between 25-50 but I have taken more without any negative side effects.
