CBD does absolutely nothing for me, but I have found Redecan's Reign THC oil very effective for sleep, taking 2-3 mls (60-90 mg THC) 3-4 hours before bed time. It works every time. I've found that taking the oil too soon before bed causes waking dreams. It is also the cheapest THC oil available on legal market which is why I keep Redecan as my LP. As for the flavour, I love it. Their flower product is also very good, and priced below the average for medical Cannabis. Because I have had a sleep disorder for many years I prefer the oils. It's helped me break free from benzos and other sleep-inducing pharma drugs.

I just took my first dose tonight. I find the syringe awkward so I think I'll use my own glass dropper.

CBD Oil is amazingly healthy to consume but you have to make sure it's high quality, full spectrum from Organic Hemp. Otherwise you're not going to get all of the health benefits that the plant has to offer. This is what I use: http://partners.hempsi.shop/179974/11531

I love their dropper. And the ability to turn the bottle up side down with no spillage is great.

Going to get a bottle today. I like the 30:0 bottle of thc as well. I was going to get herb angels but redecan has been true with no placebo effect. Plus it's Ontario made so I'll buy local.

I've used both the Reign Drops 30:0 and 15:15 and I actually prefer the 15:15. The cbd makes the high a lot better and you can take as much of the oil as you want without getting anxiety. It is by far my favorite product on OCS, the high is great (nice hybrid with anxiety reducing cbd) , it's cheap, and it will last you a long time.

Thanks for the tutorial. Is there any role of Cannabis related to migraine headache? Especially migraine prophylaxis or to eradicate an headache episode?
