Yeah lots of Cbd info is conflicting and from what I read there are huge variations in quality and strength.

A lot of placebo in the supplement industry in general man. While I think sleep supplements are underrated, cbd isn't it. A lot of university friends smoke before bed or do edibles, and it's a coping thing for them. It's much better to just work on your habits, meditate, and get a better sleep schedule. Maybe take melatonin on the bad days.

Agree with the review. I've tried several liquid forms of CBD and it did absolutely nothing. Provides zero pain relief, no anxiety relief, and no sleep benefits for me. I think ashwagandha gives better anxiety relief and better rest at just a fraction of the cost.

Legally .03 percent thc is allowed in all cbd products without having to be disclosed legally or something close to that . Most cbd products have thc its just a really low amount u don't really know unless u see lab results and sometimes those are bullshit. My sister works for a cbd company and many companies lie any say they are 100 percent thc free. The cbd industry is all messed up rn. There are a lot of nasty contaminants that are in many of those product's. Especially the cbd made in China .If u are trying to stay sober and you are taking cbd just know legally they can put thc in their and not disclose it to u. Charlotte's web is the best cbd I've ever had. It does have a mild amount of thc i think but it really helps w pain and won't get u high. Unless u take too much.
