Hol up. One of your criteria for rating was "Faster learning." You said that it had been your experience that Huperzine A helped you learn things faster. Yet you said its overrated.

    Why?

  • Random and Cringe Stuff

Fully agree about Adrafinil. As prodrug, it is not as effective as Modafinil, and it appears to ruin the liver when used constantly, plus for some people it doesn't seem to work at all (for me just mediocre). The only advantage is that if someone is really desperate for Modafinil but shipping is too expensive/not availability, Adrafinil is easy to get and might work the same for some people. But considering the alternatives, it is not really worth it.

Listen to nootropic reviewer!! Phenibut is amazing for anxiety/depression! I ended up taking it every day completely unaware I was taking it. There’s a “stress” supplement called gabamax. Did some research; which I should have done before taking it, and discovered why I felt so horrible when I stopped. Please don’t get in the habit of taking phenibut. Not only will you feel terrible when trying to stop; it will also loose it’s wonderful magic. Thanks nootropic reviewer you’ve helped so much these past few weeks!

P.s. I’ve recently started an online business. It requires a good amount of time of sitting on my laptop, writing, listing, and a tad bit of research. Adrafinil/ phenylpiracetam are working nicely in smaller doses.

Sooo, since the last comment I have tried another nootropic, and I wanna share what I experienced so far. I tried fluorenol (often called hydrafinil, although the name is misguiding since it has no structural similarities with modafinil), on which research was done some years ago to find an "advanced" modafinil successor, but it was scrapped. According to research, it has a 59 % stronger but shorter eugoroic effect.

Experiences on the internet are divided, some speak of nothing but headaches and some say it works like modafinil. I took 100 mg today and it feels great so far, I am completely focused and awake – Although I additionally drank some tea, so there is the question whether fluorenol caused it, catalyzed the effect or whether it was the placebo effect doing its things. I cant share the described experience of headaches, but as said, there seems to be a sharp divide between consumers. Its mechanism is not really understood.

But please be cautious, as fluorenol has not been researched well so far, therefore possible long term effects are completely unknown. It was patented as an insecticide 80 years ago (well nicotine is an insecticide too), so one might be cautious. If you take the risk, there is a chance of reward.

Ginko Biloba can thin your blood. I took it years ago for several weeks with little effect on cognition, but when I cut myself shaving it took 3-4x longer to stop the bleeding. Stopped immediately. Just my experience.

    Hi,
So there is a new nootropic supplement which is made in india – Ultra brainer from giver nutrition. It consists of huperzine A and i have been taking this for couple of days.
I felt the focus, motivation and concentration.
Could you give your review or some words on that?

Dude ginkgo bilova is actually good specially for doing sports I take 450 mg a day and makes you relaxed very strong for getting blood flow in the brain and good excellent brain health

But some thing I agree is that it doesn't take help in hard stuff like memorizing if anything recalling but most in the form of being flexible in tough ; say you are thinking about X possibility and Y is a good process you want to go to Y from X and you can do that more easily.. but kinda works best when they are far apart

Like useful for solving deep complex engineering problems.

    I am software engineer.

If I didn't take ginkgo I'd have head aches changing my "current process" in a direct way.

I also think ginkgo negatively impacts short term memory but favors long term recalling.

It also helps for being less stubborn in my ideas: I can easily change my approach to solving certain problem if I choose to. This is huge for an engineer. But not automatic.. you kinda drive yourself to it.

I basically say it can make an invested scientist be less stubborn; and that's huuuge.

    Doesn't makes thoughts any faster.

It's not automatic but if you have to pivot literally the way you think about a problem it's really really good

In my expectations it's also good to tolerate stupid people and for that matter racing thoughts.

Other thing the way leafs are harvested matters a lot ..but I understand why it's hard : needs a high dose , works rly better on empty stomach in the morning tho it really lowers blood pressure tremendously so careful with the dosage. Also it's kinda pricy and overrated too but not that much.

Also if I take two I can forget to sleep because I don't feel tired .. if I take another say in midday and one in morning then I could be very easily on my desk until 4:20 am just working without notice..

I'd give it a 7 or an 8. As it opens your brain barrier I'd advice to never eat sugar or trash with it cus it's going to go straight to the brain because the barrier is open.g

And also cycle ginkgo because can cause brain hemorrhage.

one day and the other not.

I agree ginkgo is waaay over priced for the benefits like 5 times in the US. Good thing I can get them very cheap high quality in my country.

  • Say What?

FIRSTLY BE SURE TO DRINK A MIN OF 64 oz of Water a day if you are unable or unwilling to do so then you are wasting potential and your time with nootropics period.

Best stack for me so far,
    After fasting 14+ hours

Phenibut hcl 800 mg I prefer powder but crystals are fine as well
    1000mg omega 3
    Wait 2 hours or sleep/nap 2 hours

    then take
    With a meal
    250 mg caffeine
    300 mg l theanine
1 small glass of red wine
    1000 mg beetroot
    500 mg niacin
    2 grams creatine
    Multivitamin

2 days on Phenibut with 1 day between doses
    Then off 4 days
    Each week
    800mg 1st dose
    1gram 2nd dose
Rotate 1st and 2nd dose each week

The 4 days off Phenibut replace with
3x daily doses 25mg of noopept, and one daily dose of 1600 mg ashawaganda

On day 2 out of 4 off Phenibut cycle I will also take 300 mg St. John’s wort that day only, to help rebalance brain and mood/beware St. John’s wort interacts with a crap ton of prescription meds so be sure to ask doctor first or you might want to leave out altogether I don’t take any scripts so not a problem for myself

A major thing overlooked by most is diet
Even though it is probably the most important of all

Be sure to hit all of your micronutrients rda each day

    Be sure to incorporate
At least 4 ounces Beef liver
    And 4 ounces salmon
    Each day

the rest of micronutrients will easily be fulfilled by other foods except perhaps potassium
For instance adding baked potato, a couple glasses of milf…..lmao milk, some cheese some berries and vegetables such as spinach etc etc pretty much allows me to get all micro nutrients per day

Can supplement potassium as well as 2000iu D3 if you want or need I like to incorporate 4000 iu of garlic as well
Just due to the long history and folklore of garlic repelling vampires/demons/spirits etc etc can never be to careful ?‍♂️ hate to develop such a great stack and build a healthy intelligent body only to become possessed by some sort of demon in the end ?

Using this protocol/stack 200g phenibut hcl will last you 2 years

    Main stack staples
    Phenibut hcl
    Noopept
    Caffeine
    L theanine
    Creatine
    Niacin
    Ashwaganda
    Garlic
    St John’s wort
    Total stack costs

    Around $ 2.60-$5 per day
To feel great each and every day and be healthier a small price to pay in my opinion ?‍♂️

For me acetyl l carnitine is amazing. I’ll take it on an empty stomach before work starts. I chair a 2 hour meeting with about 20 people each morning. I have missed taking it and get mentally fatigued easier. That is my experience. Of course after years of taking nootropics I usually tailor each day based on how I feel and my schedule. For weekends with the girlfriend I stick to mild Aniracetam/Oxyracetam blend every 4 hours and noopept if I need a boost. I’m 58. Thank you for your content!

You could get a lot of quality traffic (and sell your product) if you started a series where you create a "stack" for each occupation. I've ran a Digital Marketing Agency since 2012 and if you had some video like "Best Nootropic Stack to Increase Productivity of Digital Marketers" ….etc…. I bet people would be very interested and want to try it out and see how their performance increases in their respective jobs.

  • A1k Films

I’ve had every anti inflammatory otc medicine like Tylenol ibuprofen etc and nothing has healed me like ginkgo Biloba so I’d have to disagree and it relaxes me before bed
