Hey Thomas, where do you get your Freestyle Libre sensors? Did you get a prescription? I just ordered a reader and my first sensor off Ebay to bypass that. Wondering how you approached it? Thanks!

Would you be up for throwing a recommended TDL fasting approved nootropic/energy drink recipe? Similar to the pre-workout recipe?

Perhaps protein could be classified in both FUEL and ADAPTAGENS because it helps to extend and work as a catalyst for multiple categories.

So creatine could help me game harder….
Cafeine barely affects me I can take 400 mg and fall asleep one or 2 hours later I need to stack it with something else I also can sleep 16 hours and still feel tired the only thing that help me is MODAFINIL I don't like the side effects but it's freeing to not feel tired for 12 14 hours

Caffeine is horrific for you. It wrecks your kidneys, your cardiovascular system, wonks your brain, wonks your endocrine system, inhibits your body's ability to rest and therefore heal….
It's pretty much 'cocaine lite'. You should not consume it, especially habitually.

Is there any nootropics that you would recommend?
By the way… I love the ascorbic acid on your page, I just received a week ago, and I love it… it's yummy and and I fell a bit energized after taking it… thank you!

Question. Why does caffeine bother my heart and digestive system, and why does aswaganda cause me major digestive issues (explosion on the poop deck)? It's annoying as the potential benefits seem great.

Why don’t you have your own workout programs for fat loss and muscle building? Was looking into paying for ATHLEANX programs but I’d like one from you better.

I drink a few cups of regular Folger's coffee in the evening, between 5-8PM. No creamer and maybe one packet of Stevia or no sweetener at all. I hope this is ok for my fasting. I can do anything, or give up anything to have better results for my IF, but I really want to keep my evening coffee. It's all I got. 🙂

Great video on nootropics, need more like this. I am a proponent of a combination of L-Theanine, caffeine and MCT oil for sustaining mood, energy and focus around mid-day.
Disappointing that the Breinfuel contains Sucralose instead of Stevia as a sweetener. There are so many other positive ingredients in this beverage. However, I learned in one of your energy drink videos that sucralose diminishes the good bacteria in your gut. I eliminated all products with sucralose from my diet and my last colonoscopy indicated normal colon tissue vs. the severe inflammation that was present when I was consuming ‘diet’ products containing sucralose. I will pass on trying Breinfuel.

Thomas what do you think about the fear that increased BDNF promotes cancers?
I've been reading through the research but it seems quite confusing, and it's frustrating the heck out of me! It's been brought up in the nootropic communities here and there but I can't seem to find any real consensus. Fasting causes an increase in BDNF, yet we know that fasting is useful against cancers, so it doesn't make much sense to me. My bet is that it's the combination of high BDNF plus metabolic syndrome, but still a bit worried about taking nootropics. Thank you so, so much for your videos and hard work <3

Will drinking breinfuel break a fast??

Thomas , you sound like A sales consultant. I call B.S. nootropics are plants or synthetic chemicals not approved by the FDA with very little research to verify it’s claims & is technically in A gray legal area . Nootropics will be regulated or banned slowly. Creatine is A supplement . Creative Has research and results to backup supplements claims . Lions mane isn’t A supplement . It’s A nootropic with big claims and little research to backup said claims.

Thomas thank you for doing what you do!

This guy.looks like he's been through the ringer by way of substances. Looks very aged and weathered for his age. Almost like he's 8 to 10 years older. Like a chronic opiate or cigarette abuser. Not good

Nootropics are dietary supplements built to safely optimize cognition by manipulating cognitive functions in the brain. They help the brain operate more efficiently by filling in the gaps in our cognitive functions.
