I decided to give the CBN cannabinoid, cannabinol, a try after hearing people speak positively about it.

250mg each for a 30 ml bottle is very low potency. Definitely good advice to increase dosage, as it can vary wildly from person to person. Personally, I have no interest in consuming single cannabinoids on their own. Science continues to show that combining cannabinoids is the way to go.
The question then is, what is the best cannabinoid ratio and dose for a sleep aid?

Stuff is bull..have so many kinds, one cost 200$. And did nothing, then twice as much, nothing, then quarter of bottle, nothing…my dose would be the whole bottle, maybe…got them all as presents, so what the heck. Smoke a joint before bed, sleep like baby….thank you..

Cbn works for sleep but it has to be taken with thc in order for it to work

So it worked with your natural circadian rhythm. If it helped you to stay asleep, that is excellent. I’m looking for a sleep aid that does this, my biggest issue is waking up at 2 or 3 and not falling back to sleep.

got some bulk cbn distillate (pink crystalline at room temp) made a 1:1 d8/cbn +about %5 terps, filled a c cell cart and vaped it. Works incredible with other cannabinoids, im going to add some cbc to my next batch. Feel like it really added a punch to the D8 /2cents . Peace!

Thank you for the review. I just bought a bottle for my mom's sleep issues. I didn't have any idea CBN existed and was more used for sleep issues than CBD. It actually is stated in the store.

I advice not to take melatonin for any reason even if you're travelling and jetlagged. Remember melatonin is a hormone. Messing with you hormones is really a bad idea. CBN/THC is the way to go for sleep.

Did you put it under your tongue and wait for 5 minutes? If you didn’t do that than you pretty much didn’t absorb very much of the CBN. I can’t tell you how many people Iv talked to who swears is does nothing but than don’t know the first thing on how to take it correctly.
People who work at CBD shops will pretty much never tell you this very basic information lol

i think cbn is nice. i have a weird reaction to cbd. cbd makes me feel drunk amd forgetful. cbn seems to be more tolerable for me personally. cbn doesnt really make me sleepy either. i like that it is less psychoactive than thc but still comes with thc benefits

Those are pretty weak sauce. My first experience with CBN was a gummy with Delta 8 30/30mg mixture. It literally felt like the first time I got high. You need to try a strong dose and with some delta or thc.
