I Tried These Nootropics To Defeat Anxiety
In this video, I talk about my 3 go-to nootropics for reducing anxiety. Anxiety is a common problem in day to day life when we have unbalanced work schedules, personal complexities, toxic relationships or irregular sleep. While the case of anxiety might vary from one person to the other, I have found that particular nootropics proved to be the ideal relief supplements to induce calmness, maintain straight thinking and reducing overall stress. These have been my favorites to keep me going. So, I’ll be sharing my experience with these nootropics, their common side effects, pros ad cons, and the ideal dosage.

Have you tried Bromantane? I know a study increased the production of the Alzheimer's gene in rats, but there are supplements to prevent that. I just ordered some, and it arrives in a few days. I do not know if this would be allowed in your demonetized state. I take lions mane from fresh cap as well! Do you like it? I feel as if it does not work very well for me. Lion's mane for me makes me very quiet and in my head. I thought it would make me more social, but it has not done that for me. Do you have any recommendations?

I stopped Phenibut now due to bad short term memory and weight gain due to binge eating. Was taking daily 500mg morning and evening.
Now I’m taking L-Theanine 150mg morning/evening
And Ashwaganda 450mg morning evening..

Love your videos. What’s your experience with the different lions mane products you have tried? Do you notice the dual extracts giving you more of the cognitive benefits since those compounds are more present in alcohol extractions? I’m currently using real mushrooms lions mane and debating on trying the ND 8:1 dual extract.

I notice everytime I start taking ashwagandha again, I am more irritable and feel on-edge. It’s basically like angry anxiety in a pill personally. L-theanine has a barely noticeable effect as well, sometimes it can feel like a sugar pill, sometimes it’s just what I needed. Out of all 3, I have to say I’ve noticed the biggest difference with Lion’s Mane, and don’t really notice how helpful it is until I stop taking it.

yes omg Ashwaganda really does mess with your thyroid & my DR claims that it has nothing to do with my thyroid but after taking it for a while, i now have hyperthyroidism. (my levels before ashwaganda were borderline high so it def increased them)

I took ashwagandha ksm 66 for a few months didn't really do much for me… I took in the morning.. I took to get better sleep at night maybe I didn't take before bed but I suffer from falling asleep once or twice week, I switched over to natural supplements natural since I didn't want to take gabapaten or an ssri … l tryptophan has helped gave me the best sleep quality…

Hi there, I am looking to just start taking Ashwaganda and I have read alot about cycling. I am thinking to try 4 weeks on Ashwaganda then 2 weeks off, and use l- theanine in that 2 weeks. Does that seem sensible?
