    You should do a video on why L Theanine works miracles on the first use and does nothing from then on. I’ve had several people repeat this process. Always the same. First time ultra chill mode, 2nd time barely anything. 3rd time nothing. I have to wait 4-6 months between use to feel it at all now

    I am not trying Bromantane yet, because it sounds a bit too drug-like for my personal tastes. (You guys go though!) However, I took about 2 g's Agmatine yesterday and the morning part this morning, of course.

    I also used my normal morning energy concoction: 2 boiled eggs, some gf butter, a couple tbsp of sour cream and a tablespoon of nutritional yeast and matcha with various additives like moringa and creatine, taurine and minerals).

    This above mix usually picks me waaay up, but makes me squirrelly as all fuck.

    Agmatine makes me feel like a million bucks here. I now have the same effect to energy with much additional focus and a general sense of calm and well-being.

    Thanks for this! I have been into bio-hacking for many years now and this is new to me, and very powerful.

    You truly do know the really good stuff that is hard to find. Cheers!

    Yeah, I've also experienced lowered anxiety / more flow from sleep deprivation. But I couldnt replicate this on demand with attempts to (? wonder if this is related to Oleamide increase in sleep deprived people?)
    Tried a few things but one thing that actually has significantly helped has been magnolia bark. Probably either through effects on GABA A, or increasing the enzyme that makes GABA, or maybe normalising a hyperactive HPA axis which has been indicated in a rat study
    (Update: wasn't sustainable taking consistently , but useful once in a while)

    Bromantane gives me energy. doesn't help with anxiety.
    what helps for me is 1=Kava 2= Phenibut 3= Kratom.
    other things seem to weak for me.
    but i have severe anxiety.

    Can you give me some insight into if I’m just going to use this protocol for dates , social events , public speaking ect ect ,let’s say I use it 10 days out of a month , at what times during the day or night should I use these compounds ? Do I take them all together a few hours before the event or does each compound have to be taken at a different time ? Hope that makes sense cheers mate

    Great advice and video. Would gladly share this with a friend or two! Kava Kava would have been a nice one to add too, but only fresh/good source made the traditional way with steeping raw powder, the extracts are wack.

    Another amazing video, I think I will order all of these soon but going to look around to see what other supps I can include in the shipment from sciencebio! I just have one question. Is there a stack that can be taken every day to help with social anxiety as I assume this should not be done every day.

    I am currently taking ginseng and cordyceps in the morning and finding it to help my anxiety. I also just started taking cistanche before bed and I also take methylene blue before bed as it helps with my sleep alongside magnesium.

    Loving the content man ?? I wouldn't recommend this as a regular stack, but Phenibut + Phenylpiracetam + Caffeine + Tribulus/Shilajit/Tongkat Ali + Psilocybin Mushroom Microdose = GOD MODE!

    That boost in confidence with limited sleep is transitory. Its like an after-burner where your body releases all of its cognitive fuel then ignites it. You get a super boost, but it doesn't last long. Once that's over, you will turn into a blithering idiot until you shut down and get the necessary sleep.

    Yeah, no. I don’t have trouble keeping my mouth shut in any group of real life people.
    I was wondering if there may be a stack to help me with the fear of making controversial type videos. I’m more afraid of “real life” threats like what happened to a friend of mine where people showed up to his house and threatened his kids. How do you overcome this type of fear?

    I am sensitive to all carbs/sugars. I get really tired when I eat them. I'm fit, with low body fat close to 10%. I exercise regularly. I've taken Ribbose in the past and get really tired and sluggish before workouts or after. I've heard over the years how great it is but athletic performance but I get the opposite effect. would like to try it again.
