Hi, I was smoking maybe 3-4 times a week until about 2 weeks ago and then some bits every second day, been clean 10 days today drinking copious amounts of water and hitting the Sauna and gym, I have 2-3 weeks until testing and have faint negative lines on at home tests 50ng/ml, but this morning the line was fainter than it was 2 days ago yet I haven’t smoked. I’m 5’11 about 67kg with less than 8% body fat. Any recommendations anyone please
