Man Homie dropping that wisdom. I work them 12s so only work 3 days a week. Keep my cheat meals to 1 or 2 days a week or sometimes when I'm craving but for the most part I stay on my main eating since I have alot of variety on my clean eating days.

agree you need to have a plan and you need to follow it. everyone is going to be different and you need to find what works for you. good idea to write stuff down to help keep yourself accountable. need to stay the course to reach your goals. life throws you curves, bumps in the road and you will stray(could be an injury or sick, wacky work schedule, bad night of sleep) but its a temporary slip and you get back on course

Monday: pre workout. Weights
Tuesday: zero stim. No weights.
Wednesday: pre workout. Weights.
Thursday: zero stim. No weights.
Friday: pre workout. Weights.
Saturday AND Sunday: zero stim. No weights.
Overall this is the best for me.

Very interesting! I follow a couple of the same ones as you as far as eating clean on work days and cheating on the weekends. It definitely helps writing them down especially when it comes to those early morning workouts! I enjoyed this!

I deleted my regiment. It was a book but ty. I make lists in everything but i don’t for my work outs. In my post I deleted it explained my whole life. So it would have helped answer some things. You and uncle Eddie helped me a lot. So I have been out of work 5 months and started working out about 1 month and a half ago. But I only have one month to get stronger and bulk up. I’m 5’11 194lbs not all good. I have a skinny frame hence the bulking. Most weight is in mid section. So I need a couple options of fat burners a reg and a hitter once in awhile. Same with a good reg sleep sup. I got a once a week hitter already just purchased. But one that’s not to bad to take about 3 times a week at most if needed. Ty I now make lists and goals and I prep food for a week due to money and budget restrictions. Ty for all your help brother.
