Also once a week for trt is an outdated protocol brother. The half life of cyp is too short and you get hormonal fluctuations. I'd really recommend you ask your doctor if you can split the dose into a twice a week protocol

Thanks so much for this brother – your a true fitness enthusiast love the channel. I have a question for you – I've just thrown all my supps away and now I'm sticking to the bare minimum the question I have for you is a two part'er.
1: Do you find 5g is worth it for Creatine? Your a big guy so I thought 10g might be better.
2: I use Carbs with some BCAA/EAA's as well just to up the carb in take.
I respect your opinion on multi-vitamins and stuff, you never consider Fish Oil's?

There's a lot of "fitness/supplement" channels, but yours hits different. I train daily and usually on a stim pre w/pump and aminos. I stumbled across your channel by looking for stim free pre's. I'm going with your supp regimen and stim Saturday's/Sunday's.
You've motivated me to make the supp change and separate my cardio and weight routines.
Also, I'm 37 and have been looking into HRT. What state are you in and what Dr. do you go to? I'm in Wisconsin fyi.

This vid helped me alot I don't use pre yet and was thinking about getting some. I ordered some creatine but if the pre is mental I'm just gonna stay away from it I don't consume caffeine already because I like to just fuel myself if you know what I mean. Might get some non stim pre for a pump jus to see what the fuss is about but great vid great info

So you only do non stim pre workout everyday day? Is this due to having caffeine in the fat burners? Hard to find a good non stim pre workout here in Canada, well it’s hard to find a good stim pre workout as well ugh. Edit never mind now I realize since you train at night you take the non stim, and then weekends it’s stim pre workout, got it lol. I’m training in the morning, and I want to take a fat burner, should I get a stim fat burner and take with a non stim pre workout before hitting the gym?
