    Hey can i take l tyrosine with l theanine to balance out neurotransmitters …….like i have heard that taking l tyrosine increases dopamine level and decreases serotonin and l theanine increases serotonin as well as dopamine……….or should i take htp?

    Hey again Mike! You recently gave me advice on a comment I made on your last video. I have another question about Ashwaganda consumption. Which of these 3 cycles do you find most effective for avoiding tolerance and adaption to KSM-66: 1) Consuming 600mg Monday through Friday while taking a 1 month break every 6 months. 2) Consuming 600mg Monday through Friday while taking a 2 week break every 4 months. 3) Consuming 300mg Monday through Friday while taking a 2 week break every 6 months.
    Do you feel that any of these cycles provide enough time off to truly avoid tolerance for the majority of people? I truly appreciate you taking the time to read this, and have a good day!

    You don’t ever notice any gastric side effects from bacopa? Like diarrhea or having to go to the bathroom more often? Cause I did when I was taking it for a couple weeks making me wean off from using it. Any tips for keeping this from happening?

    Unfortunately I have no response whatsoever to caffeine. I basically drink coffee for the taste. I did pick up some lions mane, so will start taking that daily and report back if I get any results/gains. Thanks!

    What's up Mike. So i have been taking Tongkat Ali and Ash for testosterone and its definitely working. But now i have a new problem with is a constant aggression/anger. I like it for i was a doormat in the past but what supplements help with anger. Something to make me mellow. I don't want to keep having arguments with my loved ones?

    I just took modafinil for the first time yesterday, and I was very surprised on the effect it had on me, because it seemed very different from how it effects you. I did feel the constant desire to get more work done and ended up working for hours, but my social ability didn't seem to be hampered, and I didn't feel wired at all. It was almost like I couldn't tell I was on it save for the fact that I got a ton more work done than usual. Very interesting, I'd say phenylpiracetam and Qualia Mind had more noticeable effects than modafinil, which I definitely did NOT expect!

    Also, I didn't get a headache at the end of the day, but maybe it's due to taking 300mg of Alpha GPC in the morning with it?

    Can you please make a video for those whom coffee does NOTHING at all? All I hear is coffee for energy, coffee in pre-workouts, coffee this and coffee that! I heard you need to have a “gene” to be susceptible to the effects of caffeine. It does absolutely nothing for me as far as mental or physical performance. I can drink a pot of it and go to sleep. What are some alternatives?

    can i say lions mane mushroom is a meditation pill just like you mention Rhdiola rosea as nap pil, reason why i refer lions mane mushroom as meditation pil is i feel the same level of feeling when i try doing meditation and also when i take lions mane mushroom.

    I already have l-tyrosine and 5htp. Honestly I don’t want to spend too much money but I’m willing to buy another (1) supplement or two. I’ve been really struggling with motivation and focusing (depression and anxiety too honestly). If I manage to get up and open the book I have to study I then read a couple of paragraphs and I give up soon after (also because I don’t like the subject I’m learning and/or is difficult to understand). I’ve always been a good student with good grades in highschool, now I’m in the first year of uni, I did 3 exams with great results too, but now I don’t know what’s happening, I just feel stuck. The same thing happened with going to the gym too, I lost the will to exercise after years (maybe I just got bored of doing the same things, I’m considering pursuing something new to switch things up a bit). It might also be because of covid too, I had it last month and I’m still not fully recovered (fatigue, brain fog, palpitations, nerves inflammation).
    With this in mind, please recommend me a maximum of 2 nootropics, I would really appreciate it.
