Shocking to see cordyceps didn't work for you.

Have you ever covered Irwin Natural products? They usually dump a lot of nutrients into one pill. One bottle I'm looking at has 11 herbs/supps all in one pill. Do you think that's dangerous? It would be cool if you reviewed their products and rated them.

I have very tresseful job and Reishi was a game changer for me, helping me overcome anxiety and stress.

I heard shilajit resin form is most effective one and rest of Em doesn’t works
Achebli
Gingko biloba worked for me, but only in tincture form. I notice more veiny arms, less cold toes, more alertness, makes me focus while driving and not zone out, pill form is not that effective

What do you think about 7 8-dihydroxyflavone?

For concussion piracetam can be taken ?

Have to disagree on Phenibut. If you have anxiety it's amazing, but you're right it can be addicting. It's very similar to benzos. I find it to work really well in social situations as it personally makes me much more talkative and relaxed.

Great video man. I love your honesty on what works for you and what doesn’t. Livestream tonight? 🙂

Hey could you break down how that study said vinoceptine had health risks? What exactly did it say? Read it and I'm not finding anything, even results. It says the study will see if it is but no results that conclude its risks.

I think most people when take a supplement. They think it works just because they take it (placebo effects are huge?)
Mohamad Taha
Please do video how to be sure 100% if the nootropic supplement work or not. As you know it is very difficult sometimes to know because of placebo effect emotions and thoughts that changes from day to day

I am happy to find your channel. You are amazing. But sometimes difficult to trust reviewer when he advertises a supplement company. I hope you give us a real and honest reviews❤️

Hey Michael I just ordered Oxiracetam and aniracetam from nutrivita
Is nutrivita a good source for nootropics?
SkedgySky
The key to coluracetam is stacking it with fasoracetam. …. Everyone knows this one. You don't know????

Hey Michael, I just wanted to know what your thoughts are on some supplements they're selling here in the UK. They're called Brain Gains, they have 2 variants, switch on & switch off. They also have a black edition. I'm looking to buy these based on what I've learned from your channel so far. All of the reviews seem really positive and due to anxiety and stress I'm pretty desperate for these to be the real deal. I've not tried any nootropics before so wanted to thank you for such a great, informative channel. If you get a chance let me know what you think. Cheers, Josh

3:52 you won't notice the benefits of cordyceps the day you take it. What you might notice is increased endorphins. You can notice this while working out (or even just stretching). If you think of that feeling when you stretch your back in the morning, that is the feeling you get more of. Dogs and cats get energized after a long nap by stretching, and so can you. Cordyceps helps. The nootropic benefit is just increased energy in the morning before you get your coffee or essential noots. Just take the time to stretch and you will feel a boost.

I had an odd experience on huperzine and vinpocetine just once and have not been able to recreate it. For like 15 minutes, my vision had artifacts (like crystals or snowflakes on the left side of my left eye). The field of view expanded and I had higher visual acuity. My mind had perfect clarity and I was more calm than ever. My normal tinnitus went loud for a minute and then almost ceased when I thought about it. I was taking some "blends" from Whole Foods at the time and I wasn't keeping a journal. I keep wanting to experiment more with these compounds because I do think there is something there that is just hard to fully attain. It was what the limitless pill had been described as. But only for a fleeting moment.

Hey love the review you did, what is the best brand of Lion Mane to purchase?
ET Himself
I have used Turmeric in the powder form for pain and inflammation. I found that taking at least 1 rounded tablespoon after a meal with fat it works very well although it takes 2 hours + to work.
It has many other solid benefits also.

Very odd, since raw physical energy and motivation is what Sulbutiamine is usually known for – not simply mood.
It was part of the yellow "Spike" tablets years ago in convenience stores, and gives a quick energy boost for sure (if also a short tolerance curve).
