    Hey Michael I was wondering if you have tried Kanna or have been interested in trying it I really recommend it from liftmode. Maybe not something you’d use regularly or to get work done but on on weekends you need to destress and relax or maybe do tasks/chores you otherwise would not enjoy.

    Nice video man, I never tried using Noopept before working out, I gotta give it a try. Here's what I usually use:
    1.) Shilajit! I find it even better than caffeine pre-workout. I take it before doing Cardio and It makes me want to keep going for as long as I can! I find I have more endurance with Shilajit and it puts me in a nice aggressive mindset.
    2.) Caffeine. I don't need to explain this one.
    3.) L-tyrosine. Simply to enhance the motivating effects of caffeine.
    I've tried a lot of supplements pre-workout and Shilajit is by far the most effective one for me.

    Hey bro I've been watching your channel for along time and it's helped me alot . There's two supplements I plan on getting and was wondering if your ever gonna try theme. One I'm surprised I couldn't find on your channel it's called bromatane unless u did I just couldn't find it. The other it's a mix of nootropics it's called gorilla shrooms it has several different mushrooms not sure if that's something u would try together r if u prefer to do them sperately

    doesn't N-acetyl-L-tyrosine not raise levels of L-tyrosine even intravenously? The bioavailability is extremely low, derek from MPMD made a video about why he chooses L-tyrosine instead of NALT because it doesnt even raise the levels, correct me if im wrong tho its been a while

    So I've been reading up on biohacking and nootropics/racetams for a while and having just watched this video – super informative btw, I'm going to officially start making a plan. I do have a question though; can one take nootropics/racetams along with SSRIs?

    I'm on 20mg of Paxil everyday since November. Which ones should I stay away from that increase serotonin since having too much of it can be detrimental in the form of serotonin syndrome. I also suspect I've been dealing with undiagnosed ADD since I have trouble with things like focus, reaching goals, paying attention to my surroundings at times, motivation, and social anxiety. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thank you for this im useing tonkat ali and acetal l carnitine I have to back off the tonkat as it makes me feel very aggressive and getting a bit of bone pain from it .iv added in some shilajit to love that for well being feeling. Was 104 kilos now im down to 96.4 kilos with healthy eating and weights then 30 min cardiovascular fitness. Will take me some time as im 51 and my metabolism is a bit slower now but if I can keep my energy up il be happy. The tyrosine sounds good ?. I used to love red bull drinks gave them up ages ago.

    Do you have an recommendation about how to take tyrosine and noopept on ramadan? I mean, is it better to take them in the evening after fasting or is it possible to take half of it before fasting and before sleeping in the night? What would you recommend?

    Hey man do you think theres any possibility you could make a video on the best nootropics or supplements to take with adhd stimulants? Currently taking vyvanse at 30mg and after trying so many medications and nootropics its the one thing that helps me immensely. Anything you know of I could take with them to make them more effective and maybe supplements I could take at night to help with insomnia? I wont take your advice as medical advice but I've gone through tens of doctors with no luck so I'd appreciate an opinion from someone who has dealt with similar issues (you said yourself you were diagnosed with adhd and took stimulants at one point)
