    Excellent Video. I've started taking Tongkat recently but have noticed I've been getting some join pain especially when im I'm trying to sleep, so started to cycle them on and off 5 day on and 2 days off per week

    You know I’m just thinking how you said you experienced brain fog from the 10% for me I haven’t had that effect from it but i know after intense workouts I do get brain fog. Im just skeptical whether it was the tongkat or your workout. Only side effects I’ve somewhat experienced are mild headaches.

    The reason the 10% gave you brain fog is because eurycomanone is an aromatase inhibitor and you probably lowered your E2 too much. similar things happened to me but with 2% + Apigenin + Zinc which are all AIs.

    I have the 10%. Tried it months ago in winter during 5 weeks. After about 14 days started feeling the positive effects and no sides. Recently I tested it again but after 7 days started giving me insomnia (mind kept too active in night), after 10 days started feeling the positives and normally with such bad insomnia I would feel very bad during daytime, but the Tongkat somehow kept me somewhat energetic. It causes insomnia and it covers up insomnia. How funny! But the bad insomnia did not go away and I felt I needed some proper nights. So after 14 days I stopped the Tongkat trying to get my good sleep back again. Does anybody know the reasons/neurotransmitters behind the insomnia? Any solution? Once my good nights return I could try dosing the 10% every other day maybe?

ANSWER: Tongkat ali, or longjack, is an herbal supplement that comes from the roots of the green shrub tree Eurycoma longifolia, which is native to Southeast Asia. GOOGLED: Southeast Asia men testosterones. ANSWER: Total testosterone was significantly lower in South Asians (mass spectrometry: geometric mean 16.3 nmol/l; 95% reference interval 9.3-28.6 nmol/l) compared with Caucasians (mass spectrometry: geometric mean 18.4 nmol/l; 95% reference interval 10.6-31.9 nmol/l; P = 0.015), but calculated free and bioavailable. CONCLUSION: TONGKAT IS CRAP.
