Fit2Fat2Fit was an experiment I did back in 2011. I realized that since I had never been overweight in my life, I didn’t have a good understanding of the struggles my clients were going through.
I put on 75 pounds in 6 months and lost it again the following 6 months. This experience taught me that weight loss is about so much more than the food we eat, but that there are mental and emotional connections we have with food that must also be broken in order to break through our weight loss barriers.
Since then I have helped over 500,000 people on their own weight loss journeys with my various programs. I am also the author of a bestselling book “Fit2Fat2Fit”, and was the host of the A&E TV show “Fit2Fat2Fit”.
My goal today is to change the way the fitness industry looks at weight loss. I want to help my clients from a place of empathy and understanding of the various struggles they go through on their own weight loss journeys.

Thanks for doing this review. I don’t trust a lot of YouTubers especially when they’re advertising products. I’m excited because I need this for focusing.
