    Great podcast, as usual!
    One question regarding agmatine –
    I believe I've read in a study that in regards to adrenergic signaling – it depends on the dose if it is inhibited or increased? It may have been in regards to gastric adrenergic receptors specifically, IIRC…
    Can you confirm that?

    Would that mean that too much agmatine, like in the gram-doses that many people take- it may actually enhance perception of pain, while lower doses inhibit it?

    Hey you guys! Great podcast. Considering how prevalent heart disease is in the US, will you be doing a cardiovascular based podcast at some point? I know I'm worried about long term heart health and would like to know about supps that work directly on the heart as cardiotonics and indirectly on the vascular system.
