My Current Anti-Aging Protocol:
• 1.5 grams of NMN (
• 1.5 grams of Trans-resveratrol (Tue, Thu & Sat) (
• 1.5 grams of Berberine (
• 1.5 grams of TMG (
• 5,000 IU (International Units) of vitamin D3 (
• 120 mcg (micrograms) of vitamin K2 (Mk 7) (
• 250mg Magnesium (L-Threonate) (
• 200mg high molecular weight hyaluronic acid (
• 2,400mg of Fisetin, on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd of each month (
• 2,400mg of Quercetin, on the 1st, 2nd & 3rd of each month (
• 81mg of aspirin (

Specifically, in regard to dietary supplements, the Act would require that companies actually list their products with the FDA. The information required to be submitted in connection with the listing includes:
The name of the supplement
The name and address of the manufacturer, packer, or distributor appearing on the label
It will hopefully expose companies like Austin Nootropics, and many others, who claim to actually manufacture their own NMN in the USA, when most people know this is highly unlikely, they buy from China like all other companies, then package it in the USA and claim Made in the USA)
Contact information for the owner or operator (again this is good, I hope this as a minimum includes business address, email and phone number.
Many supplement companies limit their “contact us” to an email address, a web based instant messaging application, or even just a Facebook page).
This is usually because they are operating a drop-shipping business working out of out of their home or garage, or keep very little stock on hand, And some companies give double-speak type reasons for being allusive and difficult to track down
The FDA will also require The business name and mailing address of all locations in which the dietary supplement is manufactured, packaged, labeled, or held, Again let’s hope by manufacturer they mean the Chinese company that actually produces the Raw product, and not the US based reselling company
A list of all ingredients in each supplement
Let’s hope supplement companies don’t try to hide behind the “proprietary blend” loophole)
The FDA will also want to know
The number of servings per container; directions for use; warnings, notice, and safe handling statements; allergen statements; any health or structure/function claims; and the dietary supplement product listing number.
I agree with this, very close to what most reputable companies now do anyway.
Subject to limited exceptions, this information would be made publicly available in a searchable electronic database.
This would be a great resource, and one that I think many of the fly-by-nigh companies would not like to see come to fruition
This looks like it is only applicable to USA based companies. I would hope that those wishing to sell from abroad would have to adhere to the similar standards.
Also, there is no mention of initial testing, or random testing, so as long as a company sets up and fulfills all the criteria, they can still sell fake products, it still looks like the FDA will still reply on concerned citizens reporting nefarious company actives
The Act also proposes changes to the regulation of cosmetics.
Although not wholly applicable, there are some supplements such as NAD creams and serums that I think may fall into this category.

This is great hopefully I can get cheap nmn to try without buying sawdust we should've had this a long time ago, people will probably speak out against Amazon if they continue to sell the bogus supplements I think and than they'll be forced into taking action

Thank you Vince for covering this subject. Much appreciated.
The parts buried are what will make small labs and others have to get out of the business surely. The fees to the FDA are going to be exorbitant for small business. So expect prices to go sky-high and availability to be limited. Some supplements have already been pulled from big box and online delivery stores.
A few being helpful prevention protocol herbs and supplements in these times for instance. There will be supplements only available via prescription so unless you have a doctor trained in nutrition and homeopathic medicine, good luck getting them. I believe that this is another issue of the fda having control over the peoples who prefer homeopathic care. One will be forced to research and purchase from other countries.
For these reasons, I'm glad I have you keeping up on the reputable companies abroad. It's much more than the good standards practice which you covered and deserves to be followed by you and others to expose the progress of this bill and the outcomes financially and "medically". Bills here are never just 10 pages easily found. They are mixed in with other Bills in 8000 page documents that are just passed while mostly not being throughly read and analyzed prior to passing.
Please continue to keep on eye on this as products get pulled and which ones become by prescription only.
If the product works and the powers that be can line their pockets…you can bet they will.

This is great content Vince! I am wondering how this will be enforced? How, for example, will the FDA regulate whether or not Sugar/flour or NMM is placed into the capsules?
Will the FDA purchase and test actual products?

Interesting information. What's the punishment for false information ? If the impact is important and there is some 'exemples' at the beginning it might keep most of supplier in line? I wonder if Europe will follow?

It's a good start Vince but I agree very hard to police like most products online your best doing your own due diligence, and when you find the good companies stick with them even if it cost a little bit more otherwise your buying inferior supplements that may do you more harm than good. It's difficult because there's alot of youtubers sponsored by some of the poor companies who make it very convincing and of course they are trying to make a living. The term follow the money can be difficult at times which is why you have always done some superb detective work over tge past few years. I've thankfully found my supplement suppliers and probably won't change now but initially it took me about 9 months to get there. Thanks again

WTF?? The U.S. can't manufacture NMN or semiconductors? It's pure insanity.
BTW, while the U.S. was still in Afghanistan, it could have partnered up to extract silicon and germanium (both of which are plentiful in the Afghan soil) to make semiconductors, thus profiting both the U.S. and Afghanistan. But I digress. NMN is not that difficult to manufacture. Maybe I'll look into labs in both the U.S. and the Netherlands who are able and willing to make it and make it under Western control conditions. It will be a good investment.

Hi Vince, I plan to take 1g per day of NMN. What is that in teaspoons or ml please? (There's no instruction for this on the DNA container, and it's not straightforward to calculate without knowing the weight?). Is it 1/4 tsp? Thanks for all the invaluable content.

i wonder if this was brought in to control and restrict suppliments that reduced covid symptoms like NAC, zinc, vitamin d and c. as this is what i took when i caught covid last year and symptoms reduced quickly. the FDA's friends at Pfizer don't want people taking anything else except the clot shot
