Hey Michael! I got into nootropics because of you and I’ve learned so much from your videos. I’m a student and I’ve been trying r. Rosea, noopept, citicholine, alpha GPC, and lions mane in my stack from nootropics depot. I have a question though, have you ever heard of gotu kola or tried it? Pre workout and caffeine has worked best for me for years not sure about Bacopa and tyrosine is in a lot of good pre workouts

What I take:
Cup of good coffee + L-theanine + Ginseng (3 in one) + Triphala + Lion Mane + Ashwagandha + Curcumin with black pepper (afternoon version). Or Cup of good coffee + L-tyrosine + Rhodiola Rosea + Ginseng (3 in one) + Triphala + Lion Mane + Ashwagandha (morning version)
But first thing in the morning I drink a glass of hot_warm water with turmeric (1 teaspoon) + ginger powder + apple cider vinegar (1 tablespoon). Also, I take one teaspoon of cod liver oil in the morning and one in the evening. In my coffee I add 1 teaspoon of MCT oil. I've been doing this for about 3-5 months, my energy level increased dramatically, and I lost weight (from 73 kg to 64 kg). No sugar, no bread, no carbs of course.
