You've used it for Lexapro withdrawals but not kratom withdrawals; correct? I want to stop kratom for a while (a reset) but just haven't been able to (hell – I LIKE it). I'm taking around 12 – 15 gms/day now, down from about 40 gms/day. Any suggestions? I appreciate and enjoy your channel.

I've actually thought of buying this a few times how much caffeine does it have? Only reason I ask is because I already drink any energy drink a day and do not want to stack thd caffeine really. how much has it improved cognitive function and brain fog? If it's quite a bit i may give it a go.

I started taking qualia mind and today is my fifth day. Tomorrow I will start my cycle of not taking it. It says you can go 2 days off consecutively or spread your days out. Just wondering what you've found to be the best way. Also, how long will it take for me to start lowering my "k" consumption? I'm at 4 table spoons a day. Bad days are few and far between but on those days I'm taking 5 table spoons. You may not be a physician but I still trust the things you say. Thank you for your creation of this channel. You rock!!!
