great video, phenibut is awesome stuff and gets a bad rap because people take it like a typical supplement then the crash happens. have lots of experience with it, taking it with theanine and nuvigil, great combination. lasts all day then gives the best sleep ever. its fantastic for dealing with something important or stressful, say an important job interview or meeting or something of that sort. i drive an 18 wheeler and take it when i have a crazy schedule on that particular day.

FYI, EVERYONE gets withdrawals from phenibut if you take it for long enough. Which, as much as I like Tony, he DID NOT stress that enough. Guys the withdrawals are psychologicaly breaking withdrawals. Withdrawals that will crush you and potentially end up with severe trauma(PTSD). It's VERY easy to get dependent on this drug. Just watch out guys and thank you Tony, for putting out more content/information!

Phenibut is dirty and it sucks. First time I took it, I was high af and felt amazing. Couldn't stop talking to people at the gym. Every time since then I get anxious, nauseous, usually vomit, and just like, have a pretty shitty day. Phenibut fucking sucks.

crazy how u are down playing how bad the withdrawls can be from phenibut. That friend of yours will need to taper down or hes in for a world of pain and maybe even seizure or death. Phenibut is not something to fuck around with in the long term. 2 times a week max if u care about your health and body.
