L Tyrosine

    I supplement with l Tyrosine and i find myself more relaxed and less irritable specially if i take it before work and i handle escalation calls for 8 hours.

    I just got some David…topping up MLP how much was my question and you address it, it is higher than my supplement company…but still lower than a few sports science coaches I've read…and think MLP with this is smart.is too much as far as the tyrosine.
    I know Tyrosine is water soluble whereas Phenylalanine is not… should I weigh it up, and can I put it in water to sip on or just work out the dose?
    My music if flying and i have begun programming.
    If I can have it in water for example. can I sip on it or does it degenerate. over time?.
    Also does Sun degrade it?
    I'm thinking similar dosage to you but sip on it during intense music study and programming.
    Thinking 1.2 grams a day in three 400mg doses and a sip during study.
    Last thig coffee before or after how long or simply avoid it for a while?

    Have you considered making a video on Rubidium Chloride? Apparently, it has proved to be very effective against certain kinds of depression.
    I will definitely get some as soon as I can afford it. I believe my depression is dopamine-related, and I suspect that's the case for most people with depression. I wasn't at all surprised to hear that the serotonin-deficiency model has come into question because it doesn't make sense anyway, and I've heard the same thing years ago. I only wonder why it's made the news now – I imagine they're revving up to market something else that's equally ineffective.
    I know there are alternatives out there such as welbutrin, but I'm in the UK where the GPs seen to be particularly unimaginative, so I've no chance of getting anything which might actually be effective on prescription.
    Anyway, sorry for the whine – I know the grass is always greener. It just rubs it in when people casually talk about asking your doctor about these exotic things – it's the only thing I dislike about videos to do with nootropics, longevity etc ?

    I take L-Tyrosine, L-Histidine, and L-Theanine. Sometimes I go easy on the two 'Ts' sometimes i go heavy. If I don't have my acids available I go for 4 eggs, and am satisfied.

    I take 500mg L-Tyrosine at noon, but I quit adderal and seroquel cold turkey in 2017 (and haven't had any tachicardia and tremors, or suicidal thoughts again) I'm going to order your book, since one copy of APOE4 is enough to make me fight for my brain health.
    I just want to mention about this video, I noticed you're more upbit and at a faster pace than previous videos. Whatever you did it's more pleasant to listen to you when you don't sound tired. Many blessings to you, I appreciate your wonderful work❤??

    How’s it going David? I’ve recently spoken with a friend who’s recommended me the book “The Depression Cure” by Stephen Ilardi in which he outlines the importance of EPA to alleviate symptoms of depression and anxiety. He recommends people get 1000mg EPA and 500-600mg of DHA on a daily basis along with an omega 6 found in oats called “GLA”, and how adequate levels of vitamin C help maintain these levels in the blood and brain. What’re your thoughts? I can’t seem to find an algae based supplement that contains high amounts of Eicosapentanoic acid

    Does anyone know if the naturally occurring L-tyrosine on the outside of unpasteurized sharp cheese is made disfunctional by melting it in the microwave, or cooking it in to a sauce.

    I took it almost every day for about a year and started getting headaches so I took a four month break, I saw this video and remembered this wonderful supplement! Maybe the headaches weren’t because of the supplement, anyway, I just took one 🙂
